Gerry Lytle Associates was established in 1987 and is now a well known and respected Architect’s studio run by its five directors and twenty staff. Our area of operations now extends beyond our Guildford base to all parts of Southern England.

This website gives an insight to our extensive portfolio of projects, built up over the last twenty years, in the fields of residential, education, health and commercial development.

We also feature a section on our expertise in sustainable architecture and GLA Studio gives a glimpse of the exciting new work currently in development by our team of creative young designers.

Nightingale Road

Planning has recently been granted by appeal for this contemporary flatted development near the railway station. It is a high density, sustainable scheme which will utilise a number of green technologies. The piling and timber frame has commenced on site and the building is due for completion in summer 2012.
